When I was first introduced to Gwen Stefani, she was still in her rock band, No Doubt.
My cousin had a poster of them on his wall, and in it, she wore a black bathing suit top with white stripes, black cropped pants with white writing, silver chains and -wait for it- American flag boots. The accessories—a huge diamond choker and her classic Rasta bracelet. Chaotic, isn't it? I’m thinking, okay, only she can pull that off.
That was my introduction to Gwen's lifelong, iconic fashion choices.
No matter what era she’s in, Gwen’s going to show up—and flaunt that flat tummy while she’s at it.
